What are Counselling and Hypnotic Coaching?

Counselling offers a safe space to give voice to your thoughts and feelings. Counselling allows us to explore an issue, to gain understanding and to build rapport. It may be necessary to talk through into conscious awareness issues raised in hypnosis and, at times to receive advice for dealing with a particular problem or circumstance.

Hypnotherapy tools and techniques help you to understand different aspects of your personality and behaviour and, your body’s physical response. How you use this self-awareness is key in moving forward. Integrative support and encouragement helps you to integrate self-understanding into your daily conscious awareness to create positive lasting change.

Successful people are clear about what they want, and have a definite step-by-step plan of action to get it. All the while they are motivated and empowered by a strong sense of self-belief. This is the only real difference between you and the high achievers in this world. Success is only partly about talent and luck. To a large extent we create our own success, based on our belief systems, confidence, motivation, clarity of vision and determination to succeed.
